(1) When testifying, the witness must take an oath to testify that he/she will truthfully state what he/she has seen, seen or heard.
(2) When a witness is called, it must be called in the presence of all the parties to the case. However, as long as a party appears in the court on the date and time specified by the court, the witness will be called on the record of the party.
(3) When testifying, one witness must speak in such a way that the other witness cannot hear.
(4) If it appears that a witness who has been adjourned once cannot be adjourned again due to some reasonable reason, he will be adjourned only in relation to matters that were not clear before.
(5) The parties to the case should also be stamped in the witness's affidavit. If one of the parties does not correct, the judge must correct that person.
